Supply Chain Assessments (Audits)
Assessments
A GSCI supply chain assessment examines your company’s supply chain organization, processes, systems, and metrics, then compares them against industry best practices and benchmarks to determine areas where improvements are possible.
The assessment is based on university research and conducted by our highly regarded supply chain management faculty, with extensive knowledge from decades of experience in academia and industry. Due to the evolving nature of supply chains, best practices frequently change, and an assessment can ensure your business’s approach to managing its value chain is the best it can be.
Once the assessment is complete, GSCI delivers a comprehensive, customized report with specific, actionable recommendations to improve the effectiveness of your company’s supply chain, maximize value to your customers, and positively impact your bottom line.
Methodology
- Deep-Dive: In-depth analysis of company data
